<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component recognition device where occurrence of picture blurring can be suppressed as much as possible and to provide a surface mounting machine and a component testing device. <P>SOLUTION: The component recognition device is provided with a head unit 6 having a suction nozzle 16a, an image pickup device 19 which is movably fitted to the head unit 6 and a control means controlling driving of the image pickup device so that a base of an electronic component C is image-picked up in a process for passing a lower part of the suction nozzle 16a. The image pickup device is provided with a camera 26 formed of an area sensor. The control means controls driving of the image pickup device 19 so that speed at an image pickup position of the image pickup device 19 is slower than speed that the device drives a place except for the image pickup position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
