PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system capable of reducing communication costs to be paid by users. SOLUTION: A navigation apparatus 100 calls a specific telephone number in a service center 200 by using a cellular phone and disconnects a line before line connection. The service center 200 detects the telephone number of the cellular phone by caller's number notification to be executed at the time of the call from the navigation apparatus 100, calls the telephone number, and after connecting the line, provides various service such as information provision to the navigation apparatus 100.
