PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely extract only a target speech from a plurality of channel signals of different channels mutually mixed when a sound is collected. SOLUTION: Target sound extraction which is higher in precision than before is enabled by providing a user interface through which a person inputs positions and frequency characteristics of a target sound and a disturbing sound to a system and a sound source separation section that deters signal power after target sound extraction at each time from deviating from the signal power of the target sound.
