PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positionally adjust an objective lens by being moved by a very minute distance of severalμm order. SOLUTION: The collimation mechanism for a revolver has a 1st eccentric cam means arranged near the objective lens mount hole of a rotor member and converting rotation to 1st linear motion in a predetermined direction along a plane orthogonal to an optical axis direction, a 2nd eccentric cam means arranged near the objective lens mount hole of the rotor member so as to be opposed to the 1st eccentric cam means while putting the objective lens lens mount hole in between and converting rotation to 2nd linear motion in a direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction along the plane, and an objective lens fixing system member respectively engaged with the 1st eccentric cam means and the 2nd eccentric cam means, moving in a 1st linear motion direction in accordance with the 1st linear motion and moving in a 2nd linear motion direction in accordance with the 2nd linear motion. Then, the objective lens is fixed at the rotor part through the objective lens fixing system member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
