PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel, wherein a rigid multilayer substrate can be used in common among many models and the cost can be reduced while maintaining degree of freedom of optical design without increase of an outer diameter of a lens barrel and increase of weight. SOLUTION: In the lens barrel having a photographing optical system, the rigid multilayer substrate is divided into rigid multilayer substrates 6, 7, 8 and C1 which is a splicing unit with a flexible printed substrate 13 is arranged between an outer wall 3b of a fixed cylinder 3 and an inner wall 2a of an outer cylinder 2 in parallel to an optical axis O and is further arranged in a circumferencial direction with the optical axis O as a center. The rigid multilayer substrate 6 is fixed to the outer wall 3b of the fixed cylinder 3 by using an insulating member 9, a wave washer 10, and a screw 11.
