PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection-type screen, in which a spacer for preventing the deformation of a Fresnel surface due to vibration at the time of transportation and environmental change is easily arranged with proper positional accuracy. SOLUTION: The projection-type screen, having a Fresnel lens 2 and a lenticular lens 3 and the spacer 9 forming a predetermined gap between the lenses 2 and 3, is constituted so that the spacer 9 formed like a string is locked in a V-shaped groove 10 that is a notched part formed on the Fresnel lens 2 (or lenticular lens 3), so as to be held at a predetermined position. Thus, optimum space between the lenses 2 and 3 is held with a simple constitution, where the string-like spacer 9 is laid and attached to the Fresnel lens 2 (or lenticular lens 3).
