PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling excellent in sound insulation performance, utilize an indoor space as effectively as possible, increase daylighting area, and shorten the term of construction work and reduce costs by saving manpower required for reinforcing bar arranging work and form-related work by employing a structure suitable for a rectangular, so-called plate-shaped apartment house. SOLUTION: A building structure comprises a wall support 6 having a hollow part inside a flat board and a vertical passing-through part of an appropriate width defined by a flat board forming material and a floor beam 7 having a hollow part inside a flat board and a passing-through part of an appropriate width defined in the longitudinal direction by a flat board forming material. The crossing part of the wall support 6 and the floor beam 7 in the direction same as that of the lateral direction are rigidly joined to constitute a rigid-framed structure in the longitudinal direction.
