PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement extracting tool in a pile, capable of reducing waste after use, while reducing labor without requiring cement stripping work. SOLUTION: A conical cylindrical guide fin 3 for gradually expanding a diameter downward, is elastically arranged in a lower end part of a paper cylinder 1 made of cardboard so that an outer diameter can be expanded and contracted. A conical cylindrical guide fin 4 for gradually expanding a diameter upward, is elastically arranged in an upper end part of the paper cylinder so that an outer diameter can be expanded and contracted.
