PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent permanent antistaticity, impact resistance and lamellar peeling resistance, by mixing a specific polyether ester amide with a copolymer produced by the graft- polymerization of a specific ethylenic unsaturated carbonamide to a rubbery polymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by mixing (A) 1-90pts.(wt.) of a polyether ester amide having a polyether ester unit content of 95-10(wt)% and composed of (A1) a >=6C aminocarboxylic acid or lactam or a salt of >=6C diamine and a dicarboxylic acid, (A2) a poly(alkylene oxide) glycol having a number-average mol.wt. of 200-6,000 and (A3) a 4-20C dicarboxylic acid with (B) 99-20pts. of a copolymer produced by grafting 99-20pts. of a mixture composed of (B1) 99-20% aromatic vinyl monomer or (meth)acrylate monomer, (B2) 0.1-20% ethylenic unsaturated carbonamide and (B3) 0-60% copolymerizable ethylene monomer to 1-80pts. of a rubbery polymer and (C) 0-97pts. of a polymer composed of (C1) 100-40% monomer B1 and (C2) 0-60% copolymerizable vinyl monomer.
