PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of an inner hole body itself and an immersion nozzle body caused by thermal expansion of the inner hole body and to prevent the softening and the deformation of and the damage to the inner hole body and the immersion nozzle body caused by reaction between the inner hole body and the immersion nozzle body, in structure in which the inner hole body is disposed in the inner hole of the immersion nozzle as a countermeasure against the choke or erosion of the inner hole of the immersion nozzle. SOLUTION: An enlarged diameter recessed part 3 is arranged in the inner hole 2 of the immersion nozzle body 1 for continuous casting made of alumina carbon-based material with graphite, silica, spinel, silicon carbide, magnesia, etc., added thereto, and in the enlarged diameter recessed part 3, the inner hole body 4 made of a dolomite-based material is fitted through a burnable material layer and non-reactive layer 6 for forming a space 10 as the expansion-absorbing allowance.
