To give a dosed transport action on a flow of soiled suspension, and especially the reject flow (R) from a used paper sorting station (4), which separates out impurities from a suspension inflow (S) to give a clean suspension outflow (A). A throttle (1) is in the reject flow path, with an upstream measurement point (2) to measure the volume flow with a link to a control (12). The control sets a fluid delivery (3) into the flow path according to the measurement signals, to dilute the reject flow and prevent blockages at the throttle.
