Preparation of vegetable oils (A) from melon- (I) and pumpkin seeds (II) comprises drying (I) and (II) after cleaning and passing through a screener, and finally pressing, where the metal particles are first eliminated, dried at below 40[deg]C with a water content of 6-8%, retained in a proportion, pressed at 40-50[deg]C and the oil produced are filtered at 40-45[deg]C.
