The mortice (5) communicates via a hole (6) with a housing of the body (1) in which there slides, perpendicular to the direction of sliding of the tenon in the mortice (5), a clamping component (8) whose part adjacent to the hole (6) of the mortice (5) fills the hole (6) in the clamping position.
