<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier smaller, less in noise and increasable in humidifying amount. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier 1 comprises a blower 25 for taking room air from an air inlet 13 arranged in the front face and blowing it out of air outlets 29, 30 and a humidifying part 21 arranged between the air inlet 13 and the blower 25 for humidifying the air taken from the air inlet 13. The humidifying part 21 has a tray 23 for storing water and an absorptive material 33 partially dipped in the tray 23 for absorbing the water and evaporating the absorbed water to humidify the air. Part of the air taken from the air inlet 13 with the drive of the blower 25 is guided to the absorptive material 33, and the air taken from an air hole 23b provided in the tray 23 is guided through the tray 23 into the absorptive material 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
