<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CCD control signal generating device capable of taking EMI countermeasures at a low cost and obtaining image data of high picture quality, and to provide an image scanner equipped with the same CCD control signal generating device. <P>SOLUTION: The CCD control signal generating device 2 is equipped with a PLL 22 which generates a basic clock, an internal reference clock generating circuit 23 which generates an internal reference clock for every designated unfixed number of basic clocks, a CCD clock generating circuit 25 which generates a CCD clock giving driving timing of a charge coupled device a prescribed number of basic clocks after the input of an internal reference clock, and a sample holding signal generating circuit 26 which inputs basic clocks and CCD clocks and generates a sample holding signal giving a sampling period of image data a designated number of basic clocks after the input of a CCD clock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
