<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for an endoscope securing a fixed operation stroke even by a change in a shape of a treatment instrument insertion part. <P>SOLUTION: Forceps (the treatment instrument for the endoscope) 1 is provided with an forceps insertion part (a treatment instrument insertion part) 6 having a sheath (an operation tube part) 3 connected with the distal end part 2 of the forceps (distal end of treatment instrument) executing the treatment for an organism, and an operation wire (a driving force transmission part) 5 extractably/retractably disposed to the sheath 3 and transmitting an extracting/retracting operation to the distal end part 2 of the forceps; and a slide part (a moving operation part) 7 extractably/retractably moving relative to the proximal end of the sheath 3. The slide part 7 is rotatably connected and disposed with a small reel (a rotating member, an adjusting means) 13 capable of varying the length of the operation wire 5 according to the curving deformation of the sheath 3 while retaining a fixed distance between the sheath 3 and the slide part 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
