<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a content filling a polyester container even without using a polyester container whose spout part is crystallized, and with improved production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A polyester container whose spout part is non-crystallized is introduced into a sterile closed space wherein the whole wall face in the space and the surface of an apparatus installed in the space are wet heat-sterilized with warm water and/or steam and the space is held under a positive pressure with a sterile air, and at least inner face of the container is wet heat-sterilized with warm water and/or steam. Then, the content is filled into the sterilized container at a filling temperature at 40°C or higher and within a temperature range below the glass transition temperature determined by the water content of the container, and is sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
