<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment maintenance examination system, an equipment maintenance examination method and an equipment maintenance examination program for considering environmental evaluations such as greenhouse gas environmental evaluations and safety evaluations at the time of dismantlement and deciding an optimum policy. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment maintenance examination system 10 is provided with an equipment maintenance examination means 11 for examining the maintenance policy of equipment, an input means 12 for receiving the input of information, a display means 13 for displaying the information requested to be displayed, a recording means 14 capable of writing and reading electronic data, an interface means 15 which is an interface for making data communication with external equipment and the transfer of signals possible, and a control means 16 for controlling the equipment maintenance examination means 11, the input means 12, the display means 13, the recording means 14 and the interface means 15.
