<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide doctors, medical care teams and patients with information useful for diagnoses of cancers, determination of medical treatment policies at medical treatment steps and informed consent in a medical treatment policy determination support system. <P>SOLUTION: A medical treatment policy determination support system is provided with an information terminal 22 and a system server 11 which receives information for specifying a patient from the information terminal 22, obtains the name of the patient's disease and the diagnostic result from external systems 101 and 102, specifies a plurality of selectable medical treatment paths based on the obtained name of the disease and the diagnostic result, prepares a list of the plurality of medical treatment paths thus specified, and transmits the prepared list of the medical treatment paths to the information terminal 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
