摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having high gas barrier properties and excellent in base material adhesion and bending resistance. SOLUTION: At least one gas barrier layer containing an inorganic compound with a metal or carbon content of below 1% and at least one stress relaxing layer containing an inorganic compound, an organic polymer or an inorganic polymer with a carbon content of 5% or above are provided on a base material with an average surface roughness SRa of 1-50 nm. The average film thickness of the first layer coming into contact with the base material is smaller than the average surface roughness SRa of the base material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
