PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost when the designs in an input section and an output section are changed. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus comprises an information acquiring means, an output-data generating means for generating data for output, an output-data transmitting means for transmitting the data for output to an information input/output device, and an output state information transmitting means for transmitting, to the information input/output device, output state information constituted by an output element specifying index for specifying each output element in the data for output and output state information changeability information indicating whether the output state can be changed every output element.
