PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator element for a magnetic head which comprises constitution in which load applied to a piezoelectric element when manufactured can be reduced, and which is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: An actuator device has: an actuator main body in which a pair of side parts of a metal plate of an almost frame shape comprising a flexure junction part, a slider junction part and a pair of side parts arranged at the flexure junction part and the slider junction part, are bent to the same plane side of the metal plate; and a pair of piezoelectric elements fixed to the side parts, respectively, wherein strength of at least either of a connection part of the side part and the flexure junction part and the side part and the slider junction part is reduced.
