PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decreasing contamination of a tube feeding catheter bore and suppressing malodor and infection. SOLUTION: The method comprises (1) using 5-15 ml injection solution of 0.1-2% acetic acid solution after injecting nutrient solution to gastric tube (after each meal), (2) performing germicidal sterilization of injection solution and injector and covering with a transparent cover, (3) disposing the once-used injection solution and injector after each injection and (4) using a gastric tube catheter adaptor unconnectable with a joint of injection circuit.
