PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing cover, a sealing structure for a door panel and a sealing method preventing increase of the number of parts and working man-hour when a working hole of the door panel is sealed. SOLUTION: The sealing cover 20 for sealing an upper working hole 4 and a lower working hole 6 arranged at a position apart from each other on the door panel 1 has a size covering between the working holes. A first breaking line 26 and a second breaking line 27 for exposing a center rail 8 arranged between the plurality of working holes by cutting/separating the whole of a cover midway part 21 when it is extended from one end side to the other end side of the sealing cover 20 and is broken are provided on the cover midway part 21 covering the part between the working holes. The sealing cover 20 is arranged so as to straddle the part between the working holes formed on a door panel inner 3 and seals them by covering these working holes. The whole of the cover midway part 21 is cut/separated by breaking of the first breaking line 26 and the second breaking line 27 and the center rail 8 is exposed while the working holes are sealed.
