PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which enables a user to carry out a desired function without any stress and can enhance a use efficiency. SOLUTION: The user selects any of output forms from a plurality of output forms of a copier, a fax, a printer and the like, for example, the printer function (step S11). Then, its occupancy time is set (S12). If there is any other output form, time zone or the like for the user to desire to occupy, the user returns to S11 for carrying out the setting (YES in S13).
