PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity filtering type water purifier capable of enhancing efficiency of removing performance by an adsorbent material. SOLUTION: The gravity filtering type water purifier is provided with a vessel body (2) and an upper vessel detachably mounted on the upper part (5) of the vessel body, an opening part 7 communicating with the lower part of the vessel body is provided at a part of the upper vessel, and a water purifying cartridge 8 is detachably mounted on the opening part 7.
