<p>The roll book permits reading in windy and wet weather, being usable also on a beach and is enclosed in a weatherproof, transparent housing (1) made of (polymethyl methacrylate). Turning over pages is eradicated, and further transport of the printed strip (8) is enabled by winding onto (2) a roller, using a rotary knob (4). When the paper strip is unwound, it is drawn through two polymethyl methacrylate plates (6), through which the text can be read. There is a reduced distance between the two plates, which enhances the legibility of the text. Around the plates, a movable reading aid (7) is fitted, comprising a magnifying glass, enabling the read text to be enlarged.</p> |
