PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dynamic information in an information providing system providing information about an optional area.

SOLUTION: In this information processing device 100, a CIS table 191, in which an area name and area definition data are associated mutually, and an entity information table 192, in which entity positional data showing the position of an entity and entity attribute data showing attributes of the entity are associated mutually, are stored in a storage part 190. An input part 110 inputs an area name of an area for which a user requires information. An area data acquisition part 115 acquires area definition data matching the area name inputted by the input part 110 from the CIS table 191. An entity data search part 120 searches for entity positional data in the entity information table 192 according to the area definition data acquired by the area data acquisition part 115 to determines an entity positioned in the area designated by the user for acquiring the entity attribute data. An output part 125 outputs the entity attribute data acquired by the entity data search part 120 to the user.
