<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information setting device for a vehicle to make the specified setting concerning the vehicle upon reading on the non-contact basis the setting information out of a setting information storing means which the user possesses. <P>SOLUTION: The personal information setting device 1 of the vehicle is composed of an IC tag 30 possessed by a person getting on the vehicle 10 and storing the setting information 40 concerning the person to enable reading of the setting information 40 on the non-contact basis, reader/writers 2 and 3 on the driver seat and the front passenger seat installed in the vehicle 10 and reading the setting information 40 out of the IC tag 30 positioned within the specified extent, and a control device 40 to perform the specified setting concerning the vehicle 10 on the basis of the setting information read by the reader/writers 2 and 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
