PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera which can be miniaturized, by reducing the total installation area of a remote control sensor and an auxiliary light-emitting apparatus, and also can mitigate the limit in the arrangement of the remote control sensor and the auxiliary light-emitting device. SOLUTION: The camera is provided with a light-emitting element for emitting white light toward an object, and a light-receiving element for receiving infrared light for remote-control emitted from the object side, and the same lens is used as a projection lens for the light-emitting element and also used as a light-receiving lens for the light-emitting element. Also the light-emitting element is arranged close to this lens, the light-receiving lens is arranged far from this lens.
