PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gauge board for a car having a pseudo-metal surface, to be expressed more real, without the occurrence of the appearance defects, due to a moire at a metal surface forming with a spin pattern. SOLUTION: The gauge board for car is constituted as follows: a front surface and a rear surface of a sheet to be printed are covered with a light-reflection layer 14 and a light shading layer 16, respectively. Printing formation of a first spin pattern 18, which presents a regular concentric circle-like pattern consisting of a plurality of the circles 22, without breakages having the same line width and a constant pitch on the light-reflecting layer 14 is carried out. For the circle 22, many circles 24 having different in both the line width and the pitch, or having one or more breaks 26 and the plurality of the circles 24 having at least different in either the line width or the pitch, are drawn. Then, the gauge board for car is constituted, with a position shifted state so as to superimpose a second spin pattern 20, having an irregular concentric circle-like pattern on the first spin pattern 18.
