PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock controlling system for fittings which automatically places fittings under an unlocked state when there are people in a building when disaster occurs, and automatically places the fittings under a locked state when people have not evacuated, or evacuated people have returned after a set period of time. SOLUTION: This lock controlling system for fittings places the fittings under an unlocked state by unlock-operating a fittings locking/unlocking device 3 by a disaster detecting signal of a disaster detecting device and a human detecting signal of a human detecting device 2. The lock controlling system for fittings places the fittings under a locked state by lock-operating the fittings locking/unlocking device 3 when the human detecting signal is output after an arbitrary period of time has passed after the provision of the unlocked state.
