PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bench from undeliberate dislocation or separation without causing the structure or he removing operation to be complicated specifically. SOLUTION: The bench for a rolling stock includes a platform 3 and a seat back 4, a seat 5 having a covering part 5a for the front face 3b of the forefront 3a of the leg table 3 located thereon and having a fore-and-aft movement preventing means 13 and is structured so that an extension part 23a ranging from the undersurface 5d of the covering part 5a of the seat 5 to the undersurface 3f of the forefront 3a of the platform 3 is provided on a skin material 23 at least in its part including a facial material 21 of the seat 5, wherein the extension part 23a is fastened by a fixture 26 as capable of being mounted removably on the undersurface 3f of the forefront 3a of the platform 3.
