PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shape of a frame reinforcing member of which the fixing structure to a car body frame becomes stronger compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: This frame reinforcing member 20 is fixed to the internal side of a side rail 10 of the car body frame having a U-shaped cross section comprising a bottom surface section and a side surface section which is formed by bending both end sections of the bottom surface section to the same side. The frame reinforcing member has the bottom surface section 21 and the side surface section 22 which is formed by bending both end sections of the bottom surface section to the same side, and at the same time, at least partially has a fixed surface section 23 which is formed by bending the distal end section of the side surface sections 22 to the internal side, and is fixed by coming into contact with the bottom surface section 11 of the side rail 10.
