<p>This is a system of drive shaft-connecting rod connection that uses an eccentric connection of connecting rod (2) to drive shaft (3) determined by the fact that at top dead center the connecting rod-crankshaft mechanism, while it holds connecting rod (2) axially aligned with the drive shaft bearings, has displacement arm (14). In fact the actual anchorage point (6) of the connecting rod itself (2) to drive shaft (3) is displaced by displacement angle (8) with respect to the vertical axis. In this way the explosion force generated during the expansion phase creates, already at top center dead, substantial torque.</p> |
