<p>The invention relates to a systematic directed mutagenesis method which makes it possible to constitute a collection of numerous direct mutants in reduced time at low cost and with reduced number of steps. In particular, the inventive process makes it possible to constitute a collection bringing together all simple directed mutants of a protein, wherein said mutants are individualised and listed.</p> |
