<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and/or a method of bringing uniform communication, discovery, and management by facilitating interaction with device components. <P>SOLUTION: A device service provider interface (DSPI) component communicates with radio IC tag (RFID) device and/or can provide a uniform method for managing a device. The DSPI component can include a receiver component which receives a plurality of RFID server data and RFID device data. The DSPI component can define an interface which facilitates one or more transmissions of RFID server data and RFID device data between an RFID device and an RFID server uniformly.
