<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which enables a user of an electric power-driven vehicle such as a motorized wheelchair, or the like, to perform oxygen inhalation according to demand. <P>SOLUTION: Water discharged from a container 21 is purified with ion exchange resins 22 and is sent to a water electrolytic bath 24 to be electrolyzed. Oxygen generated by the electrolysis is supplied to a respiration supporting mask 40 for the oxygen inhalation through a steam separator 33, a container 17 and a control valve 39. Hydrogen generated by the electrolysis is sent to a fuel cell stack 35 for power generation.
