<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DIN rail fitting structure of an electric device, preventing stress crack of a fixed claw part and improving the fitting strength. <P>SOLUTION: A synthetic resin-made mounting part 2 previously provided on the electric device includes: a fitting groove 4 fitted to the DIN rail 3; fixed claw parts 6a, 6b formed on one side part 5A of the fitting groove 4; and a movable claw part 10 formed on the other side part 5B.
