<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output system and an image output apparatus for realizing the security processing in response to a user of a communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A flowchart for explaining a procedure of processes executed by this image output system includes: a step S15 of establishing a communication connection state with the image output apparatus 100; a step S16 of thereafter a communication apparatus 200 for transmitting output data and user information; a step S18 of comparing attached data attached to the data with the user information by the image output apparatus 100 to execute user authentication processing when the image output apparatus 100 receives the data and the user information in a step S17; a step S19 of discriminating whether or not the data comes from a user whose access right is permitted on the basis of a result of the user authentication processing; a step S20 of executing the output processing when the access right is permitted (YES in a step S19); steps S21, S22 of invalidating the data and the user information; or the steps S21, S22 of invalidating the data and the user information without executing the output processing when no access right is permitted (NO in a step S19). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
