<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a new stacked recording medium capable of contributing to enhancement of mass productivity and reduction of costs. <P>SOLUTION: An optical disk (DVD-ROM) DK having seven data layers DL is manufactured by successively performing a step for continuously forming a base sheet BS on the upper surface of a belt like carrier film CF, a step for forming a data layer DL on the upper surface of the base sheet BS, a step for forming a cover sheet CS covering the data layer DL, a step for punching out and separating only the base sheet BS in a prescribed shape to obtain a base sheet units BSu having the data layer and the cover sheet CS, a step for stacking the base sheet units BSu until the prescribed number of layers is attained to obtain a stacked body ML, a step for curing the cover sheets CS in the stacked body ML and a step for shaping the stacked body ML in a doughnut-shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
