<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt control system capable of unifying the specifications of control ECUs. <P>SOLUTION: Electric fitting connectors 2 and 4 installed between a control ECU 1 and motor units 3 and 5 for seat belts receive the control signal transmitted from the control ECU 1 via a communication line C, and in response to the fed control signal, drive signals for driving the motors included in the motor units 3 and 5 are emitted from motor drive circuits 21 and 41. That is, the difference in the variation between the motor units 3 and 5 originating from different types of seat belts SB and SB' is absorbed by the electric fitting connectors 2 and 4.
