PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rendering device and method for a real-time three-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis system that can increase the speed of the real-time rendering of three-dimensional ultrasonic video and corresponding two-dimensional ultrasonic video and the speed of scan conversion of the three-dimensional data.

SOLUTION: The rendering device and method for a real-time three-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis system render a target object by a rendering method, depending on whether there is a viewing operation for displaying the ultrasonic video of the target object.
