LAYOUT PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of realizing layout processing reflecting user's intention at layout design by properly maintaining sizes of containers set at layout.

SOLUTION: The layout processing for dynamically revising layout of templates including a plurality of the containers in response to contents data stored in the containers includes a revision processing for revising sizes of the containers from reference sizes at layout setting in order to be adaptive to the sizes of contents data stored into the containers, and determines each size of the plurality of containers on the basis of the size of the contents data stored in each container when at least the size of one container is revised from the reference size at layout setting. Then the revision processing is executed for the containers to which basic size preferentiality is set only when the size of the stored contents data is greater than the reference size of the containers.
