<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of carrying out optimum heating control in placing and heating a heated object on a top plate. <P>SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with a temperature detecting means 25 to detect the temperature of the heated object 22, a weight detecting means 28 installed so as to pre-pressurize and support upward the top plate 23 under the top plate 23 for the heated object 22 to be placed, an operating means 30 capable of selecting one cooking menu from a plurality of cooking menus, and a memory means 34 to store a heating sequence of every cooking menu, and in which an output of a heating means 24 is controlled in a plurality of stages based on the stored heating sequence in advance and the information of the temperature detecting means 25 and the weight detecting means 28.
