PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably peel a base film in a manufacture of a disk cartridge composed in such a manner that a disk-like center hub is stuck to a center part of the disk through an adhesive ring consisting of a ring-like double-sided adhesive tape, in the case when the base film is peeled subsequent to such operation that a belt-like transporting base film sticking the adhesive ring to the surface thereof is moved to transport the adhesive ring on the base film to the hub sticking position and the center hub is temporarily stuck on the base film in this hub sticking position through the adhesive ring. SOLUTION: The base film 30 is guided to the direction folding back by turning round a tip T of a wedge-shaped section 45b of a guide member 45 which is provided with the wedge-shaped section 45b, and peeled.
