PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of looseness in a connection part of a shaft 7 and a yoke 3b by securing abutment area of hold-down faces 10a and 10b of a pair of hold-down plate parts 30a and 30 and outside flat faces 14 and 14 of the shaft 7. SOLUTION: When the minimum value of width of clearances 16a and 16a is S (mm) and an angle formed by each of the hold-down faces 10b and 10b and the outside flat faces 14 and 14 isθ(°), and plate thickness of both the hold-down plates 30a and 30b is t (mm),θand S are regulated to satisfy a formulaθ/S≥-8.5t+67.2 within a range at 5.5-7.5 mm of plate thickness t. With this regulation, since each of the hold-down faces 10a and 10b and each of the outside flat faces 14 and 14 are made to abut on each other over the nearly whole surface in the condition wherein both the hold-down plate parts 30a and 30b are fastened by a hold-down bolt, the described problem can be solved.
