PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic incoming call notification mode changeover system having functions for automatically setting or releasing a portable communication apparatus body to an incoming call notification mode even if the power of the portable communication apparatus body passes through an entrance/exist management device at an off-state and after that, the power is applied to the body. SOLUTION: Information about entrance/exist is surely acquired and a manner mode is set or released even if the entrance/exit is performed in a state that the power of a cellular phone body 110 is turned off by notifying the information about entrance/exit and supplying power to a non-contact IC card 100 loaded to the cellular phone body 110 via a communication path by the entrance/exit management device 200, acquiring entrance/exit information by the entrance/exit management device 200 in a transmitting/receiving part 101 by the non-contact IC card 100 which operates by the supplied power and storing the information in a nonvolatile memory 105 of a storage means 104.
