PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector device for mounting electronic equipment, in which heat radiation is made compatible with miniaturization. SOLUTION: A projector module PJ has an optical image forming block and an optical block 40 formed integrally with a fixing member 25. The optical image forming block is constituted so that an aluminum substrate 21B having a LED 21A mounted thereon and a liquid crystal panel 22 are arranged in a housing 26 made of a plastic material having a low thermal conductivity. The fixing member 25 is formed by bending a thin metallic plate, and the fixing member 25 and the substrate 21B are brought into surface contact with each other. The optical block 40 is constituted so that a PBS 23A and a reflecting member 23B arranged in a housing 24 made of a plastic material having a low thermal conductivity and a quarter wave plate 23λis provided on a boundary between both members.
