PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately change over between a normal use state and a remote operation state to make both the states coexist. SOLUTION: An adapter body 101 has a first connection means connecting a PC 102 and user interfaces 103, 104, and a second connection means connecting the user interfaces 103, 104 and a LAN, and makes one of the first connection means and the second connection means in an effective connection state.
